Penglai Huaan Basalt Pipeline Co, . Ltd. was founded in 2003. Our company absorbs production technology and the equipment from previous HuaDian (PENGLAI) Cast Basalt Limited Company and also combines with modern advanced level technology of the world in order to innovate and improve the production technology and equipment in the cast basalt field. We invest about RMB 20 million to build up a basalt manufactory, which has one production line and can produce about 9000 tons per year. Our products are the No. 1 in Asia-Pacifica area not only in products quality and production scale but also in technology.
Penglai cast basalt production have an excellent performance of high abrasive and high corrosion resistance. Compared to common metal and non-metallic material performance, cast basalt performance is the best one. Our main products are cast basalt pipes, cast basalt lined steel pipes, cast basalt tiles, cast basalt powders and forged easy-flexible joints. Our cast basalt products have been widely used in industrial abrasive and corrosive sectors. These industrial sectors are as follows: Electric power, coal, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry and building. Our cast basalt products can make the parts or the equipment longer useful life. Compared to other products characteristic, this kind of products characteristic has dozens of times longer useful life. Since 30years, more than 1600KM cast basalt lined steel pipes and more than 200000tons cast basalt tiles has been used safely in corrosion and abrasive resistance engineering in China. In 2008, on the basis of marketing development condition, our company set up other new production line. In December of 2008, the new production line started to produce products. From then on, the annual output of cast basalt production is to17000tons.
In2010, on the basis of product diversification demands, our company had the microcrystalline cast basalt products and wearable ceramic products.
